Mikaela’s Story

Mikaela Reuben is a renowned nutritional chef who blends the science of nutrition with the art of cooking. Rooted in bio-individuality, her philosophy emphasizes that every person’s journey to optimal health is uniquely their own.

Her passion for nutrition began at 17 when she witnessed the transformative power of whole foods in her father’s recovery from a heart attack. Seeing how food could heal and restore inspired her to explore the profound connection between nutrition and wellness.

With over 15 years of experience, Mikaela has crafted personalized culinary experiences for clients such as Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Hugh Jackman, and Brie Larson. Her expertise has taken her worldwide, from designing menus for Olympic athletes to preparing dishes for the Dalai Lama’s 80th birthday.

Beyond private chef services, Mikaela collaborates with wellness retreats, lifestyle brands, and medical professionals, including Dr. Mark Hyman, The Class, Lululemon, and Free People. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Self, Forbes, and Well+Good.

At the heart of Mikaela’s work is the belief that how we nourish ourselves shapes not just our health but also who we become. She shares her knowledge in an approachable way, empowering people to transform their relationship with food and embrace every meal as an opportunity to thrive.
